Thank you one and all for your marvellous support during 2016. I appreciate that so many of you have taken the time to open my emails and read my newsletters or visit my website and read my posts.
And a special thank you to all who have given me feedback on my posts and newsletters. My aim is to be of service through presenting ideas that I believe can potentially contribute to transforming our lives for the better; so, positive or negative, your feedback really helps me to stay on track and provide you with useful and relevant information.

The stories we tell ourselves can have a powerful influence on our lives. In the closing weeks of 2016, you may be reflecting on what your story has been and what it might be. I certainly am!
Recently a friend presented me with this quote attributed to Paul Charles Dubois, a French Neuropathologist who lived in the latter half of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th.
The important thing is this:
To be ready at any moment to sacrifice what you are for what you could become.
This seems a highly relevant transformative idea with which to approach the new year, given that in numerology, 2017 is a year of new beginnings!
I am sitting with this thought as I take an end-of-year break. I will be back mid January to share more big ideas with you.
